When someone mentions a logical fallacy, they often skip the logic and go straight to the fallacy.
I’ve been seeing so many smart individuals misuse this tool, that it’s really discouraging. I’ve also misused this tool myself, because I was using it like everyone else. I thought I was right in pointing out flaws by mentioning the fallacy. One day, I was asked to use this tool help me in a court of law, and you’ll eventually realize that in that setting, calling out a fallacy will do jack to prove your own case.
No one should care about Fez II because there are other, better projects in the works. If you can’t force people to make a game, I think it’s fair to say you can’t force people to stop making a game, this should be remembered in Phil Fish’s case. Fez II is canned, and people are actually happy about it. Some people are not, they want Phil to return and finish what he started. I don’t think we can force him to finish making Fez II at this point, nor is it our position to tell him to do so.
A song I did a WHILE ago. I found vocals from a BT remix competition. I made this for it. I had to vocode the vocals, made chords to match my song because the original song was NOT in the same key :) hehehe I love changing keys like that! It’s not the greatest song I ever made, but it’s kinda like chillout … in fact, it IS chill out.
… I miss working with vocals. I use to go crazy when friend would sing songs and give me the vocals to mess out with em.
I’m not even going to try to make a passionate argument against CDs; it’s 2010, and digital downloads are sweeping the nation. If you’re not taking advantage of the digital age, you’re missing out. A major shift in media is occurring and it’s inevitable.
